Neuville resists Kopecky in Corsica

Thierry Neuville is holding a charging Jan Kopecky at bay in Corsica as the Belgian continues to look good for his maiden Intercontinental Rally Challenge victory. Skoda's Kopecky had reduced Neuville's overnight 23-second lead to just 14s with victory on this morning's opening stage, where Neuville struggled with his Kronos Peugeot's handling with the added weight of a second spare tyre on board. But Neuville responded in style on the following stage, beating Kopecky to the quickest time by 0.3s to keep his advantage at 14.8s with four stages remaining

No DRS ban for Monaco GP

The FIA has decided against imposing a ban on DRS for the Monaco Grand Prix, despite safety concerns expressed by a number of drivers. With several drivers worried that the use of the DRS at Monaco could prove dangerous, because of the tricky track and especially the risk of trying to take the tunnel with the wing open for an added straight-line speed boost, the FIA considered forcing teams not to run with the devices for that weekend
