Ottinger Comes Back

For the second time this season the iRacing.com Street Stock Series made a stop at the Lanier National Speedway for some good short track online racing. Week Ten was one of the biggest turnouts of the season as over 1000 sim racers did an official race during the seven days of racing but, after all was said and done, there was a familiar face at the top of the standings. Nick Ottinger (Carolina) was the best of them all as he earned the most championship points for the week. Weekly High Strength of Field Ottinger was the man during the week?s highest Strength of Field (SoF) as he earned the victory in the 3197 SoF. Ricciardo pleased to make it to the end

Daniel Ricciardo declared himself pleased to have made it to the end of his first Formula 1 race at Silverstone on Sunday. The Hispania driver, making his grand prix debut this weekend, finished down in 19th and last place, but felt the experienced of completing a full race will help him be stronger in the next one. Opportunities Knock

As the NASCAR iRacing.com Class A Series Season begins to come to a close, the points battles are heating up and the race to make the NASCAR iRacing.com Pro Series is still wide open. It was off to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for Week 9, and the opportunities were huge as all the big names took to the track. Jake Stergios led the way with 282 points on the week, while Kevin King had by far the biggest win of the season thus far. King reigned over the 5567 Strength of Field, taking home the 348 point win, and the bragging rights over some of the biggest names in online racing. Trulli pins hopes on steering update

Jarno Trulli hopes that an updated power steering system planned for the Hungarian Grand Prix can help rescue his season with Team Lotus. The Italian has struggled all year to get comfortable with his feeling in the car, and an ongoing lack of confidence in the power steering design has left Trulli unable to push it to its limits.
