Mercedes-Benz is a big player in the tall, narrow commercial van segment in Europe, and some of its vans even do service as high-end transporters. No factory-built Benz van, however, is as VIP-tastic as the new Viano Vision Pearl, a luxurious ?maritime-themed? land yacht for six passengers that the company is bringing to the Frankfurt [...]

2010 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited Long-Term Wrap: A Lasting Legacy is Doubtful

Our Legacy danced when we wanted it to, but shimmied even when we didn?t. After our 2010 Subaru Legacy 3.6R spent 40,000 miles in our care, Subaru chose not to leave the car with us. This is, of course, always the case: Manufacturers whisk their cars away to poke, prod, and otherwise debrief them on [...]

Advantage Muller in first practice

Yvan Muller fired an early warning to his World Touring Car rivals at Oschersleben by topping a wet first practice, more than three tenths of a second clear of the field. The session had initially seen all three Chevrolets locked together, with Rob Huff, Alain Menu and Muller all taking turns at the top - all three often covered by less than 0.2 seconds. With three minutes to go however Muller dipped under the 1m50s bracket for the first time, moving more than half a second clear and ultimately sealing top spot
